day 3

Today is our third and final day with the talented Lindsey Botkin. Lindsey has been such a pleasure to work with! I'm sure we'll work together again.
As some of you already know, our guest designers are asked to provide three projects for this spot but Lindsey sent along five! I always think it's funny when these talented ladies send a couple of extras and ask me to pick which ones I like. (Which ones I like? I love them all!!)
Lindsey used my favorite stamp of the season and one of the Gina K. signature stamps, Sandy Claws.

I love the twist of color here! Since Sandy Claws is already red, Lindsey used a shade of sage green for this crabby guy's Santa suit. The flow of this card is great!
Card details:
Stamps: Sandy Claws is Coming to Town and Sandy Claws (Gina K)
Ink: Real Red, Bashful Blue, Sage Shadow and Sahara Sand (Stampin' Up!)
Cardstock: Sage Shadow, Real Red, Sahara Sand, Shimmery White (Stampin' Up!)
Designer Paper: Hey Sugar Collection (Cosmo Cricket)
Accessories: Blender Pen, White Gel Pen, Paper Piercing Tool, Pop Up Glue
Dots (Stampin' Up!) Ribbon (May Arts) Snowflake (Me and My Big Ideas)
I have had so much fun putting together this month's guest designer spot for you. Lindsey did a fabulous job of showcasing Gina K. stamps and gave us some fabulous layouts and ideas to use this holiday season. Thank you so much Lindsey!! You totally rock and I appreciate all your hard work.
Make sure you guys send a little love her way through her blog and store!
I always ask my guest designers to send along a little bio so we can get to know more about them. I have attached Lindsey's biography below! Thanks for stopping by and supporting our guest designers. Come back on November 15th for our next talented artist!
Lindsey Botkin's Bio
"Hello!! My name is Lindsey Botkin. I am a stamp at home mom with two
adorable little boys, 4 and 17 months! (my pride and joy!)
married for 6 1/2 years, to my very fun and supportive husband. I was
introduced to stamping about 4 years ago. It took me about 6 months to
really get into it. But when I got into it I went crazy! I signed up to be a
Stampin' Up! demo and saw my little hobby turning into a way of life!
These days I am SO lucky and honored to be a Freelance Designer for
Inkadinkado and Hampton Art, and am also on the Lizzie Anne Designs Design
Team! This past year I've also added Store Owner to my title when I opened
my store Jacksonbelle Embellishments. Stamping has been such a huge and
wonderful part of my life. I have met so many wonderful lifelong friends.
Thanks again to Gina for having me as her guest designer! You're a
sweetheart!!

Love this card. The design is amazing, something I would never think to do. And I just can't say enough about this new stamp! It is adorable!

This is so wonderful. He's absolutely darling with that little hat up above his eyes. And I love the bold zig zag and angle.

Hi ya Lindsey,
Congratulations on your featured spot with Gina K. (shhh, don't tell, but I think I'm most inspired by all of the stampers & card designers!)
Hugs, Lindsey and thanks Gina for featuring Lindsey.
